Full Service Planning

- Initial consultation in-person, virtually or by phone

- Venue site visit and tour

- Continuous phone and email communication through-out the planning process

- Vendor research, selection, communication and meetings

- Online private client portal access

- Facilitation of:

• planning timelines
• layouts
• budget tracking/management
• seating charts,
• day of schedule/timeline
• Event design

- Assist in guest overnight lodging options

- Confirm day of event details with all contracted vendors and facility staff

- Day of on-site coordination: 

• Catering for bridal party during preparation
• Ceremony and reception space set-up and teardown
• Coordination of all vendors
• Transportation logistics for bridal party/guests
